Privacy and contact

Effective 5 October 2026. Tabi collects the details you choose to put in an interest form so we can review your note and reply about Homes, Events or Health.

What we store

Your name, reply email, selected interest, note, optional timing, location and group size, and the date of your consent. A link may also carry a campaign or anonymous referral code. Do not send medical history, payment information or identity documents.

How we use it

The Tabi owner reviews these notes. We use your contact details for this enquiry. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing, create an account, or confirm a stay, ticket or retreat booking. We do not sell enquiry information.

Storage and access

Forms are stored in Tabi’s hosted database, served through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The review interface requires the owner’s sign-in. We keep a note while reviewing and responding to your interest. This first intake does not have an automatic deletion schedule; you can ask us to remove your note at any time.

Sharing and measurement

We count page views, form starts and share-button actions, and store campaign and random referral codes. These counts are events, not identified people. We do not add tracking cookies, save IP addresses in this measurement table or send your form details to Meta. Hosting providers may keep their own operational logs. Copying a link or opening the device share sheet does not prove another person received it.

To ask about a note, correct it, or request its deletion, contact a3fckx@tabi.work using your reply email. If you prefer, contact us directly instead of completing a form.
